This charming Carriage House overlooks the river yet is just a leisurely walk from downtown Saugatuck. The large second story deck and entry overlooks the river and the expansive lawn and landscaping. The deck has a comfortable table and chairs and is an ideal spot for a nice glass of wine or lunch. There is also another large deck sitting high above the river's edge with an unbelievable view in both directions. On the river level is a nice lawn area and deepwater dock which can accomodate your 30-40 ft boat. There is a comfortable living room with flat screen satellite TV and electric fireplace. The large bedroom has a queen bed and private sitting area. There is also a queen sofa-bed in the living room which enables additional accomodations. The cottage has central air conditioning. There is also a large full kitchen with dishwasher and adjoining dining area where you can have a romantic dinner with that special person. The Carriage House provides a very private location yet has great access to Saugatuck's downtown restaurants and shops.
