The Old Mill is a historic Saugatuck landmark and due to its uniqueness and beauty, may be the most photographed site in the city. Although the mill looks as it has for over a hundred years, it was recently enlarged and completely remodeled. It has wonderful views of the mill pond, the spillway that powers the wheel, and a lovely creek that joins the Kalamazoo River. Goshorn is a small private lake that is excellent for canoeing, kayaking, fishing or swimming (no outboard motors are allowed). The carriage house is located at the end of a long private driveway and is extremely secluded. It has a lovely view of the lake and surrounding woods. Goshorn lake is centrally located, just 5 - 10 minutes from downtown Saugatuck and Douglas and only 8 miles from Holland. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living/dining great room is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher. The homeowner's dock can be used for swimming or to launch your canoe or kayak. Great views of the lake abound.
