The Bandle House is one of Saugatuck's most historic homes and has been restored with loving care. It has two large bedrooms with queen beds. The master bedroom has a lovely, attached sun room with a futon/double bed. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds.The large formal living room has a non-working fireplace and lovely hardwood floors. There is a queen sofa-bed in the adjoining sunporch and a second full bath with walk-in shower. The dining room has a beautiful table with seating for 8 along with a service door to the kitchen. The large family room contains two sofas, the cable TV and a cast iron fireplace. The kitchen was recently remodeled with new granite counter tops, flooring, cabinets and appliances. There is a laundry room off the back entry way. There is central air conditioning throughout the upstairs bedrooms and the family room/kitchen is cooled by a wall unit. A nice outdoor deck w/grill overlooks the compact backyard. There is also a fenced dog run/kennel where the owners previously kept their large dogs. There is also plenty of off street parking. The home is a short walk from the downtown shops and restaurants. This home is ideal for families and couples who love historic homes and want to enjoy their character as well as the attractions of Saugatuck.
